First Congregational Church of East Longmeadow

Who we are

First Congregational Church of East Longmeadow (Church on the Rotary), 7 Somers Rd, East Longmeadow, MA. Questions about this policy: office@churchontherotary.org or 413-525-4121.

What we collect

When you use this site, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and message when you contact us, request prayers, or express interest in the church; your email address when you sign up for newsletters; and your child’s name, date of birth, allergies, and related details when you register for Sunday School or other children’s programs. Online donations are processed securely by our giving provider, Vanco — we do not see or store your card numbers.

How we use it

To answer your messages, send newsletters you asked for, run church programs and events, process donations, and keep our records. Prayer requests marked confidential are shared only with the pastor; requests marked for the prayer chain are shared as you indicate on the form.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the trusted providers needed to run this site and process donations, and only as needed for those purposes.

Children’s privacy

We collect children’s information only through registration forms completed by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete their child’s information by contacting the church office.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website transmission is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through an unsecured form.

Cookies

This site uses cookies needed to run WordPress and remember your preferences. Embedded videos, such as YouTube, may set their own cookies under their providers’ policies.

Other websites

Our site links to other sites, such as YouTube and our giving provider. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies. The church uses Google Analytics to better understand the words people search for in order to find us on the web. Search terms like “churches near me” or “congregations near me” are common results so we make sure our address is prominent on the site
