Youth Group 2026-27 (Last Update: 8/10/26)

Staffed by a ministry team of adults,  the youth meet monthly to work on mission service projects, share in fun activities, and take seasonal trips as an expression of fellowship and faith. Register your child through the form at the bottom of this page.

Come join us for another exciting year of Youth group, with our 2 new leaders Brianna Jackson and Harvey Chauvin. We can wait for the start in September!

     What do we normally do?: We meet at the church for food, games and activities. Planning of events (including service projects) for the remainder of the year.
     When: Most of our meetings will be held on Sunday afternoon, or early evenings, one Sunday per month
     Where: First Congregational Church 7 Somers Rd. East Longmeadow

The current 2026-27  schedule is:

We are planning for the first Sunday of each month but the dates below are subject to change. Emails with finalized plans always go out to parents prior to the activitiy.

• September 13: 6-7:30pm – In house activities. Bring your favorite pizza topping. We will supply dough, sauce and cheese.
• October 4: 12-3pm: CROP Walk through Forest Park
• November 1: Time TBD – Hike
• December 6: 6-7:30 pm: In-House activity – Food Discussion, Hunger Banquet or other food related games or activities.
• January 3, 6-7:30 pm: Indoor Olympics, Prep for February activity i.e. Pen pals or Valentines for Seniors.
• March 7: Outside activity: Rock Gym, bowling or Museums?
• April 22: Service Project: 10-1Pm Earth Day Cleanup and Bar-b-que afterwards
• May 2: Time TBD – Hitchcock center, Forest park zoo or other outside activity
• June 6: End of year picnic or other Fun activities
